Traffic Sign Manufacturing
Purpose-built for professional road sign production.
Rollover provides the precision, control and repeatability needed for efficient traffic sign production, from reflective sheeting and overlay films to large directional and guide signs.

Controlled application. Consistent results.
Reflective sheeting and overlay films are engineered materials where the quality of the application matters. Bubbles, wrinkles, misalignment or uneven application can mean wasted material, additional work and inconsistent finished signs.
Rollover turns these manual processes into a controlled and repeatable workflow. The pneumatic roller provides smooth, even pressure across the application, while the stable working surface makes accurate positioning and handling easier.
- Application of reflective sheeting
- Overlay film lamination
- Mounting graphics to rigid panels
- Application tape
- Alignment, cutting and preparation
- Regulatory, directional and large-format traffic signs
The result is a predictable production process that is less dependent on operator strength and individual technique.

Purpose-built for extruded traffic sign panels
The Rollover Classic Traffic takes the proven Rollover concept and adapts it specifically for professional road sign production.
Instead of the standard glass bed used on Rollover Classic, the Traffic version features 14 individually adjustable 80 × 80 mm aluminium rails. The rails can be positioned to support different extruded guide sign panel profiles, creating a solid and properly supported working surface beneath the panel during application.
Combined with the 1700 mm roller and pneumatic pressure system, this allows reflective sheeting and graphics to be applied smoothly and consistently across extruded panels. The roller accommodates substrates up to 90 mm thick, providing flexibility for different panel constructions.
The system is particularly suited to manufacturers producing directional signs, guide signs and other large traffic control signage, and is commonly used alongside blind riveting systems as part of the wider production workflow.

Designed around the way you work
Large traffic signs and extruded panels require more than controlled pressure. Operators need visibility, access and enough working space to position materials accurately.
Rollover has no fixed overhead beam above the roller. The complete tower and control handle lower together with the roller, giving operators a clear view and unrestricted access to the work area.
Ergonomic inward-facing handles allow smooth one-hand operation, while the adjustable aluminium rails provide support exactly where it is needed beneath the panel.
Integrated attachment points accommodate brackets and spindles for media rolls and application tape, while large side trays provide practical storage and handling space for oversized media across the table.

Built for repeatable, high-volume production
Traffic sign production can involve repeated applications across different panel sizes, profiles and production runs. Rollover Classic Traffic is designed to make that process easier to control and repeat.
The adjustable rail system allows the working surface to be configured around the panel being produced. Combined with controlled pneumatic roller pressure, this creates a stable application process that helps maintain consistent quality across operators and production runs.
The standard Traffic table provides a 4000 × 1700 mm bed with a 3700 × 1700 mm roller working area. Traffic configurations are also available in 3360, 5360 and 6000 mm table lengths, allowing the workstation to be matched to different production requirements.
Electronic height adjustment from 800–1120 mm helps create an ergonomic working position for continuous professional production.

Built for professional production
Rollover Classic Traffic is designed for manufacturers that depend on their equipment every working day.
The heavy-duty construction, substantial aluminium rail bed, 130 mm pneumatic roller and protected components create a robust production workstation built for demanding professional use. Rounded housings eliminate sharp edges around the work area, while integrated castors make it possible to reposition the machine without requiring re-levelling.
Designed and manufactured in Norway, Rollover combines straightforward engineering with the build quality and durability expected from a professional production machine.
The robust and straightforward construction is designed for long-term reliability, keeping maintenance and technical issues to a minimum. Should you ever need assistance, experienced Rollover dealers and product specialists are available worldwide.
