More room for thicker applications

The Extended gap between roller and glass bed increases the maximum clearance between the roller and glass bed from the standard 80 mm to 165 mm.

The additional clearance makes it possible to work with thicker substrates and objects that cannot be accommodated with the standard roller gap, expanding the range of applications you can handle on your Rollover.

  • 165 mm maximum gap between roller and glass bed
  • Standard Rollover gap is 80 mm
  • Suitable for thicker substrates
  • Enables application on boxes and special constructions
  • Expands the range of jobs that can be handled on your Rollover
  • Optional configuration for Rollover Classic

Take on more than flat applications

Not every application involves a thin sheet or panel. With 165 mm of clearance, the Rollover can accommodate a much wider range of materials, objects and special applications.

This gives sign and print businesses greater flexibility to take on jobs that would otherwise require a different setup – while keeping the simple, efficient Rollover workflow operators already know.

"We can now apply all our graphics and premask without bubbles or creases within seconds"

Designed and Engineered in Norway

The Extended gap between roller and glass bed reflects the flexibility at the heart of the Rollover concept – adapting the workstation to a wider range of real-world production needs without adding unnecessary complexity.

Designed and engineered in Norway, the option builds on the same robust construction, straightforward operation and operator-focused design that define every Rollover – expanding what you can produce while retaining the simple, practical workflow Rollover is built around.
